Improved Process:  Product Development Process

Improvement and creation of a consistent and repeatable product development process.  I refined the existing process to include quality control checkpoints with clear and visible criteria, ensuring the right products are launched and developed efficiently. This improvement also helps determine the best use of the Emerging Solutions team's time and resources for each product opportunity.
