Nice to meet you

I grew up in the small central California City of Escalon. After graduating from San Francisco State University, I developed and pursued my love of international and domestic travel.  I met my wife in a PG&E training at the San Ramon Valley Conference Center; in time, we moved to Escalon, where we live with our two sons.  Locally, I serve on the Board of Directors of one the largest privately-owned farming operations in San Joaquin County.

In my work life, I prefer to be a facilitator or mentor, emphasizing self-reliance and self-discovery. My leadership style follows a data-driven approach that incorporates LEAN principles to identify trends and process improvement opportunities, but equally important is receiving feedback on effectiveness and employee engagement.

At the end of the day, I want to be able to have a positive impact on my family, friends, co-workers, and the world.
